We first found Kim Read while searching for real estate agents at about 1 in the morning, and sent an email expecting not to hear from her until the morning. Instead she responded within a few minutes, and this first interaction set the standard for the level of service and willingness to help that she demonstrated throughout our buying experience!
Kim was available most any hour of the day to help us schedule viewings and pick new houses for showings, even on only a few hours notice, which was a godsend as we were relocating from Niagara to London. (In fact one of these last-minute viewings she managed to nab for us ended up being the house we purchased!) All other agents we'd worked with before had always told us that we hadn't given them enough time, that there was nothing they could do, but Kim always did her best to help us out. She even pointed out the best areas in town, and the best schools for our child!
